End of Transportation Conformity Requirements

The United States Environmental Protection Agency provided the following letters documenting that the transportation conformity requirements under Section 176(c) of the Federal Clean Air Act, as amended, have ended because the areas have reached the end of the 20-year maintenance plan after which transportation conformity requirements do not apply.
