The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR) invites public comment on, or objections to, the following NPDES Stormwater Individual Permit to be issued. Persons wishing to comment on or object to the draft permit may submit comments to Brianna Young (Attn: DEMLR Stormwater Program) during the public comment period. Written comments may be submitted to the address at end of this message.

All comments received through April 19, 2024, will be considered in the final determinations regarding permit issuance and permit provisions. Public comments may result in changes to the proposed permitting actions.

The following facility has applied a new NPDES permit to discharge stormwater from their location in Mecklenburg County:

AERC Acquisitions Corp. dba Dart A Clean Earth Company, 4132 Pompano Road, Charlotte, NC 28216 has requested renewal of permit NCS000312 for the Dart A Clean Earth Company in Mecklenburg County. This facility discharges to an unnamed tributary to Stewart Creek in the Catawba River Basin.

All comments should reference permit number NCS000312.
