Solid Waste Rules Review Planning & Kickoff Meeting

You are invited to participate in a planning meeting and group session regarding the rules review process for the rules of the Solid Waste Section of the Division of Waste Management, 15A NCAC 13B. At the meeting we will be discussing the process, revealing a tentative timetable, and seeking volunteers for a collaborative stakeholder process.

Persons interested in the stakeholder process will be asked to commit to monthly meetings for at least six months, be willing to review materials outside of monthly meetings, be willing to provide written feedback to the group, and communicate with other similar stakeholders whom you will represent.
