Watershed Assessment and Restoration Program (WARP) Project File Archive

In 2001-2003, the Clean Water Management Trust Fund funded the Watershed Assessment and Restoration Program (WARP), a team of DWQ biologists that performed in-depth watershed studies to determine potential causes of impairment in eleven streams across the state. This was, in part, the foundation on which the Watershed Assessment Team's and Ecosystem Enhancement Program's watershed approach was built.
