The Division has made an attempt to post notices in the following newspaper: Winston-Salem Journal

Carolina Water Service, Inc. of NC, (P.O  Box 240908, Charlotte, NC 28224) requested renewal of permit NC0060461 for its Abington Subdivision WWTP in Forsyth County.  This permitted facility discharges treated domestic wastewater to Belews Creek in the Roanoke River Basin.  Currently Dissolved Oxygen, Fecal Coliform, Total Residual Chlorine, and Ammonia Nitrogen are water quality limited.  This discharge may affect future allocations in this segment of Belews Creek.
