Water Quality Utilities, Inc. has requested renewal of permit NC0032212 for the Yonahlossee WWTP in Watauga County. This permitted discharge is treated domestic wastewater to Lance Creek in the Watauga River basin. Currently, ammonia nitrogen is water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the watershed.
