The Shellfish Cultivation Lease Review Committee will meet to decide the Third-Party Hearing Request Petition of Lukens Island Timber Enterprises, LLC challenging the potential lease to Changing Tide Renovations, LLC. The meeting will be at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at the DMF Central District Office. The meeting will be held in-person only, and there will not be an opportunity for public comment at this public meeting.
