The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR) invites public comment on, or objections to, the following NPDES Stormwater Individual Permit to be revised and re-issued. Persons wishing to comment on or object to the draft permit may submit comments to Brianna Young (Attn: DEMLR Stormwater Program) during the public comment period. Written comments may be submitted to the address at end of this message.

All comments received through July 31, 2023, will be considered in the final determinations regarding permit issuance and permit provisions. Public comments may result in changes to the proposed permitting actions.

The following facility has applied for renewal of their NPDES permit to discharge stormwater from their location in Craven County:

Culpeper of City Cove, LLC, 11065 Old Hwy 70 W, Cove City, NC 27957-0129 has requested renewal of permit NCS000456 for the Culpeper of City Cove facility in Craven County. This facility discharges to an unnamed tributary to Core Creek in the Neuse River Basin.

All comments should reference permit number NCS000456.
