The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR) invites public comment on, or objections to, the following NPDES Stormwater Individual Permit to be issued. Persons wishing to comment on or object to the draft permit may submit comments to Brianna Young (Attn: DEMLR Stormwater Program) during the public comment period. Written comments may be submitted to the address at end of this message.

All comments received through February 16, 2024, will be considered in the final determinations regarding permit issuance and permit provisions. Public comments may result in changes to the proposed permitting actions.

The following facility has applied a new NPDES permit to discharge stormwater from their location in Pasquotank County:

UFP Mid-Atlantic LLC, 2801 East Beltline NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525 has requested new permit NCS000336 for the UFP Elizabeth City, LLC facility in Pasquotank County. This facility discharges to Knobbs Creek in the Pasquotank River Basin.

All comments should reference permit number NCS000336.
