Aqua North Carolina, Inc.,[202 Mackenan Court, Cary, NC 27511] has requested minor modification to NPDES permit NC0061719 for its Woodlake County Club WWTP, located in Moore County. A lower tiered flow of 3.0 MGD is added to the permit. This permitted facility discharges treated domestic wastewater to the Crane Creek, a class WS-III water in the Cape Fear River Basin. Some of the parameters in the permit are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this segment of the Cape Fear River.
