The Onslow Water and Sewer Authority has applied for renewal of NPDES permit NC0083551 for the Dixon WTP in Onslow County. This permitted facility discharges treated WTP process wastewater to an unnamed tributary to Stones Creek in the White Oak River Basin. Currently, total suspended solids, total arsenic, and total zinc are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the White Oak River Basin.
