The Town of La Grange (P.O. Box 368, La Grange, NC 28551) has applied for renewal of NPDES permit NC0021644 for La Grange WWTP in Lenoir County. This permitted facility discharges treated domestic wastewater to an unnamed tributary to Moseley Creek in the Neuse River Basin. Currently BOD, Fecal Coliform, Dissolved Oxygen, Total Phosphorus, Total Nitrogen, Ammonia Nitrogen, and Total Residual Chlorine are water-quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the Neuse River Basin.
