City of Roxboro applied to renew NPDES permit for their WTP [NC0003042], 1599 Chub Lake Road, Person County, discharging filter-backwash wastewater to Marlow Creek, Roanoke River Basin. Currently pH, Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Total Residual Chlorine (TRC) and Total Copper are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future wasteload allocations in this portion of Marlow Creek.
