Dare County applied to renew NPDES permit for their North Reverse Osmosis WTP [NC0070157], 600 Mustian St, Kill Devil Hills, discharging RO reject wastewater to the Atlantic Ocean, Pasquotank River Basin. Currently pH is water quality limited. This discharge may affect future wasteload allocations in this portion of the Atlantic Ocean.
