Crosby Utilities, Inc. (7536 Hwy. 39, Zebulon, NC 27597) has applied for renewal of NPDES permit NC0065706 for the Cottonwood / Baywood WWTP in Wake County. This permitted facility discharges treated wastewater to Poplar Creek in the Neuse River Basin. Currently, BOD, ammonia-nitrogen, dissolved oxygen, fecal coliform, and total residual chlorine are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the Neuse River Basin.
