N.C. Coastal Resources Commission Feb. 18 Meeting Start Delayed

RALEIGH – Tomorrow’s meeting of the N.C. Coastal Resources Commission, originally scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. at the Hilton DoubleTree in Atlantic Beach, has been delayed to 2 p.m. due to adverse weather conditions.The Wineducks, LLC variance has been removed from the agenda and will be heard at a future meeting.A Wednesday meeting of the Coastal Resources Advisory Council, a group that provides the commission with local government perspectives, has been rescheduled from 10 a.m. to noon.The CRC meeting may also end earlier in the afternoon on Thursday, pending updated weather conditions.The Coastal Resources Commission establishes policies for the N.C. Coastal Management program and adopts rules and policies regarding coastal development within areas of environmental concern.
