General Statute § 138A-15 mandates that the Chairman inquire as to whether any member knows of any known conflict of interest or appearance of conflict with respect to matters before the Commission. If any member knows of a conflict of interest or appearance of a conflict, please so state at this time.

          Settlement Agreement and Joint Stipulation to Stay litigation on the Petition
          for Contested Case Hearing (10 EHR 4982) which was filed against the NPDES
          Committee on August 13, 2010, challenging its decision to grant a variance
          to Blue Ridge Paper Products from North Carolina’s water quality standard
          for color.
