Parkwood Residences, LLC [5309 Transportation Blvd, Cleveland, OH  44125] has applied for NPDES permit NC0089664 for its Parkwood Station remediation site in Mecklenburg County.  This proposed facility will discharge to an unnamed tributary to Little Sugar Creek in the Catawba River Basin. Seven metals and one chemical parameter will be water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations to the receiving stream.
