Town of Edenton applied to renew NPDES permit for the Beaver Hill WTP (NC0086291), Dr. Martin Luther Kig, Jr. Ave., Chowan County, discharging filter backwash and regenration wastewater to Edenton Bay. Chowan River Basin. Currently Total Residual Chlorine (TRC) pH, Total Suspended Soilds (TSS) and Total Chloride are water-quality limited. This discharge may effect future wasteload allocations in this portion of Edenton Bay.
