Box 1006, Charlotte, NC, has applied for a modificaiton of its NPDES permit NC0003468 discharging from Dan River Combined Cycle Station in Rockingham County to the Dan River in the Dan River Basin. The NPDES permit is being modified to remove BOD and Fecal Coliform Monitoring for Outfall 001, and remove Outfall 002A. Currently, total residual chlorine, total mercury, total arsenic, and total lead are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future discharges in this portion of the river basin.
