Tennesse Valley Authority applied to renew NPDES permit for the Fontana Hydo Plant (NC0027341), Power House Rd, Fontana Dam, Graham County, discharging cooling waters and wastewaters assoicated hydroelectric operations to the Little Tennesse River, Little Tennessee River Basin. Currently Oil & Grease, ph and Temperature are water-quality limited. This discharge may affect future wasteload allocations in this portion of the Little Tennesse River.
