This permitted facility discharges treated domestic wastewater to an unnamed tributary to Muddy Creek in the Yadkin-Pee Dee River Basin. Currently, Ammonia-Nitrogen and Total Residual Chlorine are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the watershed.
