Pamlico County Water System applied to renew NPDES permit for the Mill Pond WTP [NC0088340] discharging filter-backwash wastewater to North Prong Bay River, Neuse River Basin. Currently, Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Total Residual Chlorine (TRC), pH and Total Zinc are water-quality limited. This discharge may affect future wasteload allocations in this portion of North Prong Bay River.
