Perquimans County (P.O. Box 45, Hertford) applied to renew NPDES permit NC0051373 for the Winfall WTP discharging treated filter backwash to a UT to Mill Creek, Pasquotank River Basin. Currently, Total Residual Chlorine (TRC) is water-quality limited. This discharge may affect future wasteload allocations in this portion of the Pasquotank River Basin.
