All comments received prior to January 5, 2018 will be considered in the final determination regarding these 17 permit renewals and permit provisions. MS4 Permits to be Renewed:
Benson, Butner, China Grove, Clayton, Creedmoor, Elizabeth City, Jacksonville, Kure Beach, Leland, Navassa, Oak Island, Roxboro, Shelby, Wrightsville Beach, Wendell, Wilmington, and Zebulon.
