Public comment or objection to the draft permit is invited. Submit written comments to DEMLR at the address below or to the email address for the contact person. All comments received by April 18, 2018 will be considered in the final determination regarding permit issuance and permit provisions.

Permit Application:
Fayetteville Public Works Commission has applied for renewal of an NPDES permit to discharge stormwater from an industrial facility located at: 2274 Custer Avenue, Fayetteville, N.C. in Cumberland County.
