I. Proposed Revision to state 401 Water Quality General Certification No. 4144
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the N.C. Division of Water Resources (DWR) is revising 401 Water Quality General Certification No. 4144 to include coverage for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Wilmington District’s new Regional General Permit 201801536 for marsh sills. No other changes to the General Certification are proposed. DWR must take final action on the Regional General Permit by December 14, 2018.
