I. Public Notice; Individual Water Quality Permit for Greensboro-Randolph Megasite Foundation; DWR # 20171559 Ver 3 

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on July 28th, 2021 Greensboro-Randolph Megasite Foundation, Inc., (324 W. Wendover Ave, Suite 207, Greensboro NC 27408) applied to the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR) for an Individual 401 Water Quality Certification pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0500. The activity for which this certification is sought regards development of a transformation automotive manufacturing, production, and assembly facility. The DWR’s proposed date of final action on the application is November 3, 2021. 

Written comments on the application described above must be received by DWR no later than 5 p.m. on September 17, 2021. Written comments may be submitted online by filling out the Public Notice Comment Form here: https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/401_Public_Notice_Comments. Written comments may also be mailed to: Sue Homewood, DWR Winston Salem Regional Office, 450 W. Hanes Mill Rd, Winston Salem, NC 27105.

The application is available online at https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/WaterResources/Browse.aspx?id=1842058&dbid=0&repo=WaterResources. The application is also available at the Winston Salem Regional Office of the DWR and may be inspected with an appointment between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding State holidays.
