I. Public Notice; Individual Water Quality Permit for Beach Walk; DWR # 20211047
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on June 28th, 2021, Gabe Ebner, Lennar Carolinas, LLC, (1941 Savage Road, Suite 100-C, Charleston, SC 29407) applied to the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR) for an Individual Water Quality Permit for Impacts to Federally Non-Jurisdictional Wetlands and Surface Waters, pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .1400. The activity for which this certification is sought regards construction of a subdivision in Brunswick County, NC to construct a 204-unit single family residential development and an amenity center. The DWR’s proposed date of final action on the application is October 4th, 2021.
Written comments on the application described above must be received by DWR no later than 5 p.m. on October 2nd, 2021.
