N.C. DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY FILES PROPOSED ORDER FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTIVE RELIEF IN BLADEN COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT, Case No. 17 CVS 580.
Public comment on the draft order is invited. All comments received by July 11, 2018 will be considered regarding the proposed order.
