[1675 Bethel Colony Rd, Lenoir, NC 28645] has requested renewal of the NPDES permit for its Bethel Colony Women's Campus WWTP in Caldwell County. This permitted facility discharges treated wastewater to Cove Branch in the Yadkin-Pee Dee River Basin. Currently, total residual chlorine, fecal coliform and ammonia nitrogen are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the watershed.
