Camden County (103 Water Plant Drive, Camden, NC 27921) has requested renewal of NPDES permit NC0086681 for its Camden County Reverse Osmosis WTP in Camden County. This permitted facility discharges wastewater or RO concentrate to the Pasquotank River in the Pasquotank River Basin. Currently, total residual chlorine, pH and total nickel are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this segment of the Pasquotank River Basin.
