The Town of Cary [P.O. Box 8005, Cary, NC 27512] has requested renewal of permit NC0065102 for its South Cary Water Reclamation Facility located in Wake County. This permitted facility discharges 12.8 MGD of treated domestic wastewater to Middle Creek, a class C-NSW stream in the Neuse River Basin. Some of the parameters in the permit are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this segment of Middle Creek.
