Coastal Recreational Fishing License Committee meeting announced

The Marine Fisheries Commission’s Coastal Recreational Fishing License Committee will meet at 10 a.m. June 28 at the N.C. Division of Marine Fisheries’ Central District Office, 5285 Highway 70 West, Morehead City.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

• Discuss the selection process for the study projects assigned to students participating in Coastal Recreational Fishing License Grant-funded fellowship programs. The committee will receive an overview and status update from the principle investigators of the current fellowship program grants.
• Review and approve the updated Administrative Procedures for Funding from The Marine Resources Fund and The Marine Resources Endowment Fund.
