The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality’s Division of Air Quality seeks public comment on a draft permit modification for the Domtar Paper Company facility in Plymouth. Public comment will be accepted until February 19, 2022.

Air Permit Issued for Enviva Pellets Sampson

The N.C. Department of Environmental Quality’s Division of Air Quality (DAQ) has issued a first-time Title V permit for Enviva Pellets Sampson, LLC.  The facility was required to obtain a Title V permit under the terms of its current operating permit.

Public Hearing Rescheduled to February 21, Comment Period Extended on Draft Permit for North Carolina Renewable Power
