The Public Comment Period will Close for Pre-hearing Draft of the North Carolina Clean Air Act Section 110(l) Noninterference Demonstration for the Removal of Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2) Emissions Control Requirements from Nitric Acid Manufacturing Plants

The public comment period will close Monday, February 6, 2017.  If a public hearing is requested, a separate notice will be published to announce the public hearing place, date, and time.  Any persons wishing to comment may submit a written statement for inclusion in the record of proceedings regarding the Pre-hearing Draft of the “North Carolina Clean Air Act Section 110(l) Noninterference Demonstration for the Removal of Nitrogen Dioxide (NO₂) Emissions Control Requirements from Nitric Acid Manufacturing Plants.”
