Amended Global Warming Potentials (GWPs)

EPA published amendments to GWPs which will change the way total GHG emissions (as CO2e) are calculated. This change will impact both existing reporters of GHGs and will cause facilities previously exempt from reporting to become subject to the rule. Click here for the Federal Register notice and rule summary: 78 FR 71904.
