Research Publications

Research is an important part of the N.C. Coastal Reserve’s mission. We use research publications as a key metric to gauge our success in serving as a living laboratory. For individuals interested in conducting research at any of our ten reserve sites, we kindly ask that you submit a research permit application or reach out directly to our Research Coordinator, Justin Ridge, via email. If you are unable to locate any published research conducted on the reserve that should be included in the table, please contact Research Technician, Kerryanne Newman.

To find the paper you're looking for, use the search tool located in the top right corner of the table. This tool allows you to search by key terms, authors, year, site, or paper affiliation.
