Criteria Implementation Committee

The objective of the North Carolina Nutrient Criteria Development Plan (NCDP) Criteria Implementation Committee (CIC) is to work with the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR) after site-specific nutrient criteria have been recommended by the Scientific Advisory Council (SAC) and evaluated by DWR, to determine implementation details and fiscal implications.
