The Department of Environmental Quality’s Division of Air Quality (DAQ) released the Request for Proposals (RFP) for Level 2 Workplace Program rebates under the Volkswagen Mitigation Plan.
The City of High Point has agreed to a Special Order by Consent (SOC) with the NC Environmental Management Commission to allow the facility to continue to operate while DAQ is processing its air permit renewal application.
