A public hearing is being held for proposed rules in 15A NCAC 02S – Rules and Criteria for the Administration of the Dry-Cleaning Solvent Cleanup Fund, which are being readopted as part of the periodic review of existing rules pursuant to G.S. 150B-21.3A. Proposed amendments to the rules include technical corrections, clarifications of form requirements and No Further Action Criteria, and an amendment to the definition of site specific target level to be consistent with risk-based standards in G.S. 130A-310.68.
