Camp Lejeune, 12 Post Lane, Room 244, Camp Lejeune, N.C., has applied for a renewal of its NPDES wastewater permit (NC0063029) for Camp Lejeune Advanced WWTP, Building FC440, Gonzales Blvd., Marine Camp Base, Camp Lejeune, Onslow County. The facility discharges treated domestic wastewater, landfill leachate, and remediation systems discharge to New River in the White Oak River basin. Some of the parameters are water quality limited.
