Carteret County Shellfish Lease Hearing Speaker Registration

Please Register to Speak by 4 p.m. November 30

The NC Division of Marine Fisheries will hold a public hearing on proposed shellfish leases in Carteret County at 6 p.m. on Monday, December 1, 2025. The public may participate in the meeting in person, online, or by telephone. To facilitate electronic comment, the division is asking those who wish to speak online or by telephone during the meeting to pre-register by 4 p.m. Sunday, November 30, 2025.
