This permitted facility discharges 2 MGD of treated wastewater to the North Fork Catawba River, a class WS-IV water in the Catawba River Basin. Currently total chromium and total residual chlorine are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the Catawba River Basin.
