Cranberry Cove, LLC applied to renew NPDES permit for Cranberry Creek Development WWTP [NC0088439], Blevins Creek Road, Elk Park, Avery County. Proposed facility would discharge treated domestic wastewater to Blevins Creek, Watauga River Basin. Currently BOD, Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Fecal Coliform, Total Residual Chlorine (TRC), Ammonia Nitrogen and pH chlorine are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future wasteload allocations in this portion of the Blevins Creek.
