The Town of Burnsville (P.O. Completion of the project will provide the Town with the ability to adequately treat incoming wastewater, properly manage solids and aid the facility in returning to compliance with its NPDES permit.
Funding has been secured by Burnsville for the necessary construction activities. Burnsville shall comply with its existing NPDES permit limits. This Order will expire on March 31, 2027.
