Notice of Intent to Reissue an NPDES General Wastewater Permit

The North Carolina Environmental Management Commission proposes to reissue the following NPDES wastewater general permit:

NPDES General Permit No. NCG580000 for the discharge of treated wastewater resulting from reclaimed water from conjunctive use reclaimed water systems.

Public comment period begins on 09/11/2018 and ends on 10/12/18.

Timothy L. Smith (2430 N.C. 111 Hwy. North, Pink Hill, N.C. 28572) has applied for approval for the modification of an irrigation system design on one existing waste application field for the facility covered under the Swine Waste Management System NPDES General Permit (NCA200000) for the Lynn & Annette Smith Farm (Facility No. 31-656) in Duplin County.
