The Master Plan Update Committee meeting scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 28, from 2-4 p.m.  has been CANCELLED. The meeting will be rescheduled and noted on this website when a new date has been estalished.
The Viable Utility Committee of the State Water Infrastructure Authority will meet via teleconference on Wednesday, Jan. 15, from 2-4 p.m. The public may listen to the meeting online or by phone.
The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality is currently accepting comments on adoption of rule 15A NCAC 05C, regarding pre-drilling for oil and natural gas exploration activities, through Feb. 14, 2025. The Department will host a public hearing on the proposed rule on January 7, 2025, in Raleigh.

Purpose: To receive comments on the proposed amendments to 15A NCAC 02D .1904, Air Curtain Incinerators, and 15A NCAC 02Q .0810, Air Curtain Burners. Also, to receive comment on the accompanying a fiscal note for the proposed revisions.
