Notice is hereby given in accordance with G.S. 150B-21.3A(c)(2)g. that the Environmental Management Commission intends to readopt with substantive changes the rules cited as 15A NCAC 02E .0301, .0501, .0502, .0504, .0505, .0507, .0602, .0603, .0605-.0615, readopt without substantive changes the rules cited as 15A NCAC 02E .0106, .0107, .0601, .0604, and repeal through readoption the rules cited as 15A NCAC 02E .0503, and .0506.

The N.C. Coastal Resources Commission (CRC) will meet April 28 by video conference. The meeting will begin at 9 a.m.

The Division of Air Quality (DAQ) will host a digital public hearing on Monday, May 24 on the draft Title V permit for Enviva Northampton, LLC.  The facility is required to obtain a Title V permit under the terms of its current operating permit. The draft Title V permit does not include any significant operational changes at the wood pellet facility and the potential to emit remains the same as under the current permit.

The Division of Air Quality (DAQ) is hosting a digital public hearing to receive comments on the requested renewal with consolidated modification requests of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's (UNC) current Title V air permit.

DWM Solid Waste Section will host a digital public hearing to accept public comments on DRAFT Permit 3619-INDUS-XXXX Duke Energy's Allen Steam Station North Starter Landfill.
