NOTE: Among other issues, the EMC had been scheduled to consider the adoption of proposed rules to implement standards of performance for carbon dioxide (C02) emissions for existing electric utility generating units (EGUs) under Clean Air Act Section 111(d). Due to the February 9, 2016, U. S. Supreme Court decision staying the federal Clean Power Plan, this item has been removed from the February 16, 2016 Special EMC Meeting agenda.
